My name is Lee Hayward and for over 17 years I have dedicated my life to studying exercise and nutrition. And through an excruciatingly long and tedious process of trial, error, and experimentation I’ve came up with a realistic approach to muscle building that "genetically average folks", like you and I, can apply to finally gain lean hard muscle, burn off unwanted bodyfat, and build a sculpted muscular body that you can be proud of!

That’s me in the picture in the picture to the right. But I have to tell you I didn’t always look that way. I used to be a skinny little runt who got pushed around and bullied in school. And that’s what motivated me to start working out in the first place.

I know exactly what it’s like to be skinny and struggling to put on an once of muscle. And I’ve even taken it to the other extreme as well, where I’ve packed on so much bodyweight that I had the opposite problem and had to struggle to lose that "spare tire" & "love handles" around the waist.
