My whole contest preparation went perfectly. Over the course of 6 months I dropped my bodyweight from thick and bulky 240 lbs. down to a lean and ripped 198 lbs. (after cutting my water) to make the top of the light-heavyweight class. I ended up wining the light-heavyweight division and then I went on to win the overall title as well.

I’ve been competing in bodybuilding competition for 12 years and this was my very first overall win and I have to say that the feeling is incredible. I can tell you first hand that the longer you have to wait and the harder you have to work towards achieving a goal just makes the victory that much sweeter when you finally do achieve it. I wouldn’t trade the feeling that I have right now for a million dollars.
