and exposes that you are using an affiliate link.

You are better off having the address look like:
http://www.leehayward.com/dvd

Tests have shown that when people realize they are "being sold something" on a commission basis (as opposed to simply getting a "recommendation" from an independent 3rd party), the conversion rates may drop, therefore it's best to "hide" your affiliate links.
